1. Who is responsible?
This website is operated by SchengenPass Ltd, trading as SchengenPass Travel (company number 17321285, registered in England and Wales; registered office Office L15, Universal Square Business Centre, Devonshire Street North, Manchester M12 6JH), which is the controller of the personal information you send us. Enquiries can be directed to info@schengenpass.co.
2. What information is collected?
When you send a travel enquiry, you may provide your name, email, telephone number, destination interests, preferred dates, group size, budget preferences and a message. Please do not send passport numbers, payment details or other sensitive documents through this website.
3. Why we use it
We use the details you provide to review and respond to your enquiry and manage related correspondence. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is taking steps at your request before any agreement (answering your enquiry) and our legitimate interest in running and improving the website.
4. Where information goes
The enquiry form opens a draft in your email app. Your details are sent only when you choose to send that email, through your email provider to the business enquiry inbox. Hosting providers may process technical connection logs. Our website hosting provider is GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), which may process data outside the UK under appropriate transfer safeguards. Destination photographs are loaded from Unsplash, which may receive your IP address when images load.
5. Local device storage
The saved-destinations and trip-planning features use your browser's local storage (keys sp-favourites and sp-trip-plan). This data remains on your device unless you choose to send an enquiry from your email app. You can remove it using your browser's site-data controls.
6. Cookies and analytics
The supplied application does not intentionally add advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
7. Retention and rights
We keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing. Please contact info@schengenpass.co with privacy questions. You can also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
8. Changes
We will update this page if our processing changes. For website terms, see Terms & Information.
